David has 33 years experience dealing with residential property cases, qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX) in 1989 and has been with Holmes & Hills since 1987. Coupled with this experience, David has lived locally all his life; this gives him an unrivalled expert knowledge of the local property market.

David deals with all aspects of residential property including purchases and sales, transfers of equity and remortgages. He also has a sound knowledge of shared ownership schemes.
