 The level of compensation awarded within each bracket will depend on:

  • The extent to which ankle movement is restricted as a result of the injury
  • The effect of the injury on the individual’s personal/social life i.e. whether they have to stop playing active sports.
  • The extent of any lasting pain or discomfort
