Amputation of the big toe Approximately £20,000

The level of compensation awarded within each bracket will depend on:

  • Which toes are amputated
  • Whether the amputation was the result of surgery or a traumatic accident
  • The effect on mobility and stability
  • The extent of any persistent pain
