Coggeshall & Colnes Property Market Review with Heritage Estates

UPDATE - Due to the way in which the property market developed a pace, following the publication of this article, as a result of the Government's announcement regarding the Stamp Duty holiday, Holmes & Hills' No Sale, No Fee Promise will not be being applied to conveyancing services until further notice. Where a client was quoted with the No Sale, No Fee Promise applied and this is referenced in the terms of the quotation, this will be honoured.

Holmes & Hills solicitors in Coggeshall has teamed up with Heritage Estate agents to produce a review of the Coggeshall & Colnes property market for the interest of those owning or buying property in the area.

In this issue:

  • Prices increase 11.3% in East
  • The effect of Brexit
  • Lack of property fuels price rises
  • How to sell your home for more
  • Why your conveyancing should include no sale, no fee protection

In this first property market review, which we intend to jointly publish three times a year, Andy McManus of Heritage provides a review of the market, commenting on the impact of the increase of the Stamp Duty Land Tax and Brexit. Also in this issue is an article highlighting the need to use a conveyancing solicitor that provides No Sale, No Fee conveyancing as standard, as well as top tips on how to make your home as appealing as possible to potential buyers.
