Holmes & Hills recognised as a leading regional law firm in 2011

Holmes & Hills have been ranked among the best solicitors firms in the region by The Legal 500 – a directory of the UK’s most highly recommended legal services firms. Published on 21st September 2011, Holmes & Hills are recognised for their expertise in Planning law. Holmes & Hills’ Planning & Development team advises private individuals, companies and local authorities on a wide range of planning matters.

This latest accreditation identifies Holmes & Hills as a “Leading Firm” of solicitors and reflects the firm’s efforts to provide the highest standard of legal advice and support across a range of legal service areas.

The Planning & Development team is headed by David Whipps, the firm’s senior partner, who is a long standing Legal Associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute and member of the Law Society’s Planning Panel. David is closely supported by his team, Jo Lilliott and Steven Hopkins. Jo gained over 15 years Planning law experience working in local authorities prior to joining the firm in 2004 and Steven, a partner in the firm, has over 7 years experience dealing with Planning and Property litigation.
