As a solicitor in Holmes & Hills' Litigation Department, Aimee works on a broad range of civil litigation matters concerning property assets, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, trespass, and adverse possession claims. Aimee also advises on claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, as well as matters concerning contentious probate (i.e. challenging a Will).
Aimee prides herself on taking a pragmatic and compassionate approach when dealing with clients, acting proactively to secure a successful conclusion as promptly as possible.
Prior to joining Holmes and Hills Solicitors, Aimee completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and gained experience at several in-house and private practice firms as a litigation paralegal.
Aimee is based predominately at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Marks Tey, Colchester. However, she will also spend time at the Holmes & Hills Sudbury branch.
