Chloe has dealt with a wide variety of residential work types during her time at the firm. Chloe is from a new build background, so she is used to working to tight timeframes and working with all parties involved in a transaction to reach exchange at the earliest possible opportunity. Chloe not only acts for purchasers of their newly built shared ownership properties but she has extensive experience in dealing with other affordable housing schemes such as Help to Buy (which ended in March 2023), and the Discounted Market Scheme. She has also dealt with many Help to Buy/Lifetime ISAs, Forces Help to Buy transactions as well as part-exchanges, Help to Buy redemptions, sales, lease extensions, staircasing, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.

Chloe has qualified as a Conveyancing Technician and is currently studying to become a Licensed Conveyancer.
