Claire Savill supports Keeley Livingstone in managing Holmes & Hills’ growing New Build and Shared Ownership Team.

Alongside this managerial role, Claire is a licensed conveyancer specialising in shared ownership property transactions. Claire works specifically with Heylo, the UKs’ leading part buy – part rent providers, helping prospective property purchasers take their first or next step on the property ladder. Holmes & Hills’ New Build and Shared Ownership Team assist Heylo in dealing with the legal work involved in purchasing properties and granting shared ownership leases.

Claire prides herself on her professional, friendly, and efficient approach to dealing with clients and third parties, such as estate agents and mortgage brokers, as well as developers’ sales teams.

Claire has over 20 years of experience dealing with residential property. Claire’s previous career history includes time spent working as an estate agent and sales progressors, meaning she is perfectly placed to advise and guide clients on the buying and selling process, from beginning to end. Her previous work experience also means she is perfectly placed to understand the pressures facing estate agents and mortgage brokers, providing for excellent and proactive working relationships. Claire also worked in the residential property department of another local law firm for over a decade before joining Holmes & Hills. Claire is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Marks Tey, Colchester.
