Work highlights

  • Achieving substantial settlement for baker in a national supermarket who had developed asthma as a direct result of negligent exposure to flour dust whilst at work.
  • Achieving a settlement for a client who had suffered an accident at work.  Although liability for the accident was admitted by the Defendant company, the value of the claim was hotly disputed.  As a result of strong negotiations compensation was eventually agreed, which was more than double the original offer from the Defendant company.
  • Achieving settlement for a client who had suffered dental negligence.  During a procedure to remove a tooth, the dentist negligently created a hole through the gum and into the client’s sinus.
