Georgia works with the staff and leadership at Holmes & Hills as well as external organisations which provide additional support, resources and HR facilities.
As HR manager for Holmes & Hills, Georgia helps the firm to plan its people resources through keeping policies, procedures and process up to date, supporting the firm to maintain and improve its employee engagement and helping with its recruitment strategy.
Georgia is able to utilise her experience and qualifications in order to provide support, information and resources to staff and leadership in the firm.
Georgia is a member of the CIPD (the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) having completed her HR Masters. Prior to working with Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Georgia has worked in HR in several different industries including the property, insurance and legal sector.
Georgia is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' new regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Marks Tey, Colchester.
