Solicitor in Commercial Property Team

Jacqueline qualified as a solicitor in 1998 having trained and worked at City firm Field Fisher.  After ten years in the City she moved to the public sector before a return to private practice in 2015. Jackie joined Holmes & Hills in April 2018.

Originally a litigator Jackie has acted for insurers and a wide variety of commercial clients such as travel companies, trade associations, care providers, construction firms, retailers, manufacturers and distributors.  She has a wide range of experience including advising clients, drafting and negotiating.  Jackie particularly understands her clients’ commercial needs and is driven to provide a quality service in a timely manner. 

Jackie has particular experience of drafting and negotiating leases, licences to assign, licences for works and lease renewals, as well as dealing with transfers of both registered and unregistered land.

Outside of work Jackie enjoys yoga and reading.
