Keeley Livingstone has a wealth of experience advising on shared ownership property matters. This includes acting for purchasers of shared ownership property, be this a new-build property and scheme offered by a developer, or the purchase of an existing (non new-build) property using one of the many shared ownership, assisted purchase schemes that exist. Keeley also regularly acts for clients who own shared ownership property in purchasing additional equity in their property (also known as 'staircasing').
Keeley is also experienced in acting for shared ownership scheme providers, representing them in transactions where they are assisting a purchaser in buying a new-build property or one the purchaser has found on the open market.
