Molly is a Senior Conveyancing Executive within the New Build Team here at Holmes & Hills. Molly has recently joined the firm in April 2018 and is located in the Braintree Office. Molly has a several years of experience within Conveyancing, the majority of which her time has been spent specialising in New Build Conveyancing where she has been panel/recommended solicitors for a number of large developers all over the Country.

Molly has a firm understanding of Developer needs and always strives to deliver the highest level of service throughout every transaction to ensure her clients are happy with the service they are being provided with. She has developed the skill of working to tight deadlines and under extreme pressure, making sure work is turned around quickly so she can meet the strict 28 day exchange deadline that is required with New Build purchases.  Molly is skilled and very familiar in giving intricate advice on New Build purchases along with various Government Schemes such as Help to Buy, Forces Help to Buy and Help to Buy ISA’s. She advocates a smooth and friendly approach, where no query however seemingly insignificant or complex will go unanswered. She hopes to leave every client feeling confident and assured in the conveyancing process that she can provide.
