As a Consultant Solicitor within Holmes & Hills' specialist Corporate and Commercial Department, Natalie is regularly advising business owners and senior members of leadership teams as their companies or organisations grow; expand into new markets; develop new products or services; engage new suppliers, customers and clients; restructure; review existing contracts and agreements, partner with other companies or secure new funding.

Natalie works in partnership with and advises a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, charities, trade associations, national corporates and UK divisions of international operations, franchisors and franchisees, family-businesses, agricultural businesses and sole traders.
Natalie also works with and advises individuals with commercial interests in their personal capacity on commercial matters from their personal perspective.
Natalie Stoter joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2019. Natalie's previous experience includes spending seven years as a corporate tax solicitor at commercial law firms in London. This tax background provides Natalie with an invaluable knowledge and awareness of tax issues, much to the benefit of Holmes & Hills' commercial clients. Natalie regularly advises clients of the firm's Commercial Property Department on complex Stamp Duty Land Tax issues.
Natalie Stoter is a member of The Law Society and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Natalie is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors in Braintree but will soon be based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' new regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Marks Tey, Colchester.
