A recent Supreme Court judgment for employment law has strengthened protections for employees who make protected disclosures, otherwise known as whistleblowing.
Sarah joined Holmes & Hills LLP as a trainee solicitor in 2016 and is now a qualified Solicitor in the Planning & Development Department.
Sarah’s knowledge means she acts for a wide range of clients including Councils and Developers. She is able to assist with general planning law and has a particular focus on negotiating and drafting S106 Agreements as well as Highways and other infrastructure agreements.
Prior to joining Holmes & Hills, Sarah read Law at The University of Kent before completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The City Law School in London. Sarah went on to gain commercial experience in the legal sector, working in the marketing and business development departments of a large international law firm and a national legal services network.
When outside of the office, Sarah takes every opportunity to enjoy the countryside and Essex coast whether it be sailing, running or walking.
