The Commercial Property Solicitor NQ role

The successful candidate will be either newly or recently qualified Solicitor, wishing to specialise in commercial property transactions for small and medium sized businesses. 

The candidate will be working alongside an expert and highly successful team and joining a forward thinking firm in a period of exciting growth and expansion. 

What experience do I need?

Newly or recently qualified Solicitor wishing to specialise in commercial property.  Ideally at least one of your training seats will have been in residential or commercial property and you will be able to demonstrate a keen interest in this area.

What are we offering?

A competitive salary, as well as a modern and agile working environment at the firm’s brand new regional head office, the A12 Commercial Hub, at Marks Tey, Colchester. The A12 commercial Hub offers colleagues free parking, agile working space, and easy access by road (being based on J25 of the A12) or train (500m from Marks Tey train station). You will be based in Holmes & Hills’ Commercial Property Team and work collaboratively and alongside the  Planning and Construction Teams who are also based at the A12 Commercial Hub.
