The Commercial Property Solicitor role

The successful candidate will be a Solicitor, either newly or recently qualified, wishing to specialise in commercial property transactions for small and medium sized business.  The candidate will be working alongside an expert team and joining a forward thinking firm in a period of exciting growth and expansion.  This role is based in our new A12 Commercial Hub at Marks Tey. Holmes and Hills provides a supportive, relaxed and flexible environment. 

What experience do I need?

Newly or recently qualified Solicitor wishing to specialise in commercial property.

What skills should I have?

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Great marketing and networking skills
  • Self-motivated

Recent work of the team

  • Sale of development land for £75million
  • Refinance on behalf of a charity for £22 million
  • Acting for various landowner consortiums across the region for proposed new garden villages
  • Providing strategic advice to landowner in sale worth over £25 million
