The Family Solicitor role

We are currently recruiting for a Family Solicitor, based in our Braintree office, to support the strategic growth of Holmes & Hills’ Family Law service offering alongside and in partnership with the firm’s existing Family Law team.
The successful candidate will advise on a range of family and relationship matters including Divorce, Separation, Relationship Agreements , Children, Domestic Abuse and Financial settlements.
You will have a proven track record in delivering expert legal advice and high service levels to clients, whilst working independently on your own caseload.
As the firm continues to grow, the successful candidate will be keen to build their personal reputation as a Family Law specialist in the region, alongside that of the firm.

What experience do I need?

This role will suit a Family Solicitor with at least 2/3 years PQE who is able to demonstrate:

  • A solid understanding of dealing with Divorce and financial remedies
  • Experience of working in the areas Unmarried couples & Property Disputes
  • Private Law Children

  • Passionate and motivated about Family Law

  • Commercially aware
