Working in partnership with marketing and legal colleagues, suppliers and professional contacts 

The Marketing Executive Role

We are currently looking for a driven marketing professional to fill the position of Marketing Executive position. In this role you will play a pivotal part in growing the business by working closely with the Head of Business Development, heads of departments and lawyers across the business to plan and implement marketing campaigns and activities which support the firm’s growth strategy.

The day to day

  • Compile, edit and produce marketing materials
  • Provide guidance and training to non-marketing colleagues on marketing related matters
  • Copywriting and content editing
  • Management of organic social media
  • Manage and edit annual legal accreditation submissions
  • Updating website content
  • Creation of print and digital assets for promotional purposes, utilising a graphic designer where necessary
  • Production of key metric reports covering enquiries, referrals and instructions
  • Organising and promoting webinars and events
  • Coordinating lawyers’ marketing efforts

What experience and qualifications do I need?

You should have a business or marketing related degree (2:1) and GCSE Maths and English (C or above). You must have at least two years marketing experience, which if within a professional services environment would be considered an advantage.

Who will I be working with?

You will be working within the growing Marketing Team at Holmes & Hills and will be supervised by the Partner responsible for Business Development. You will also work closely with heads of departments and lawyers across the business.
