This is a new role part-time/reduced hours role within the Planning and Development Team created to help the team effectively understand clients’ objectives and deliver specialist expert advice. As such you will be working as an integral part of the Planning & Development Team directly with the Partners, Senior Solicitors, Solicitors and the other fee earners.
The primary focus of the role is research, obtain, collate and review planning, property ownership and other relevant information/documentation to enable to the team to deliver practical advice to clients.

Your day to day work will include:
Providing general overflow support to the team’s secretarial and administrative support.
Experience of working in an administrative role for a property professional organisation or a legal firm would be advantageous. As an element of the role may include overflow support to the team’s secretarial and administrative support, being able to audio type would also be advantageous.
Training as to the industry specific requirements of the role and use of the various online resources will be provided.

All Fee Earners within the Planning and Development team, to include two Partners, two Senior Solicitors and two Solicitors, in addition to other secretarial and support staff.
