The Residential Fee Earner role

We are looking for a Residential Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. The role will primarily be based in our Sudbury office.

Day to day you will be handling an extensive and varied caseload that will encompass the full spectrum of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages on freehold and leasehold property, lease extensions and transfer of equities.

You will also have experience of dealing with help to buy schemes, transfers of equity, right to buy and shared ownership transactions.

You will have a proven track record in delivering high quality conveyancing work under minimal supervision.

What experience do I need?

This role will therefore suit an experienced 3yrs +PQE  Residential Conveyancer who is looking for the opportunity to grow and develop their career.
