Our Partner and specialist Construction Law Solicitor Sam Bawden will be delivering a talk at a CPD event organised by the Chartered Institute Of Building (CIOB) on 27th September.
The event - Construction Legal Updates which is to take place at Radisson Blu Hotel in Stansted is free to attend for members of the CIOB and students, ticket price for non-members is £10.
Sam will be providing an update on dealing with construction disputes, focusing on the latest version of the Pre-Action Protocol for Construction and Engineering Disputes, as well as discussing the implications of the requirement to comply with the protocol, and the consequences of failing to comply.
