The team's approach is to pre-prepare standard documentation and packs, including responses to reasonably expected enquiries from purchasers and their solicitors. This provides for dealing with each new purchaser (and their conveyancing solicitor) as efficiently as possible, providing for a smooth progression of the transaction through to exchange, completion and realisation of sale proceeds.
