event
An event for property, land, development, and planning professionals in Essex

Join Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ Planning Law Department for a practical update for property, development and planning professionals, covering the latest developments in planning legislation, recent case law and planning practice.

Now in its 18th year, the annual Planning Law Update attracts more than 400 property, planning, land and development professionals across six dates and five venues. We are pleased to deliver the series again in 2026.

Delivered by Holmes & Hills’ independently recognised Planning Law Department, the update will provide practical insight into the topical and pressing planning issues affecting property, land and development professionals.

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of recent legal and policy developments, how they may affect live and future projects, and the practical steps planning and development professionals should be considering.
