Holmes & Hills’ Planning Team takes the lead in Essex

Holmes & Hills Solicitors is pleased to announce its Planning & Development Team have been recognised as a leading source of Planning Law advice in Essex by Chambers & Partners.

Holmes & Hills’ Planning & Development Team is already the largest team of specialist planning lawyers in Essex and has been recognised as a leading source of Planning Law advice in the South East by The Legal 500 for three consecutive years. Now, Holmes & Hills has been recognised as the leading source of Planning Law advice in Essex by Chambers & Partners – a second independent directory of the UK’s top law firms. Holmes & Hills is the only firm ofin Essex to be accredited as providers of specialist planning law advice by both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500.

Announcing the team’s new accreditation, David Whipps, Head of the Planning & Development Team, said:

The announcement comes as the team brings to an end its annual series of Planning Law Updates which has seen them deliver updates on legislation, case law and planning practices to over 200 planning consultants, property professionals and local authority planning personnel across Essex and Suffolk.
