Holmes & Hills Solicitors welcomes Rachel Astill, senior solicitor, to its specialist Corporate & Commercial Team.

Originally from Suffolk, Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and brings with her a wealth of experience. Rachel has worked in an international law firm’s London and Paris offices and been in-house Senior Counsel to a US-listed manufacturing company in Brussels. The latter role means Rachel is very well-placed to analyse legal issues from a business perspective.

Rachel has worked in Essex/Suffolk since 2014 and advises business owners and managers across the area on all aspects of Corporate and Commercial Law. These include advising on share and asset acquisitions and disposals, on shareholder and partnership agreements, on corporate governance and directors’ duties and on terms and conditions and other commercial contracts.
