Holmes & Hills conveyancing solicitor team changes

There have been changes to the Holmes & Hills team of conveyancing solicitors in Halstead and Coggeshall to enhance the residential property offerings in these two towns.

Cherie Wallace, who was previously based at the firm’s Coggeshall office is now based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors in Halstead. Cherie’s extensive local knowledge and thorough experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property from sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) through to transfers of equity, place her in an ideal position to service the varying property transactions occurring in Halstead.

Servicing Coggeshall, Tiptree and the surrounding areas is Samantha Savill who was previously based at the firms Braintree office. Samantha boasts over 20 years’ experience in dealing with a range of property transactions and is therefore well poised to service the requirements of residents of Coggeshall and surrounding areas when moving home or dealing residential property related issues.
