The Holmes & Hills Solicitors' Charity Bike Ride took place on Sunday 9th September. The event which has been running annually for 13 years attracted over 250 riders and has so far raised over £5000 for Age UK (Essex) and The Braintree and Bocking Public Gardens. The total amount of money raised is set to increase as sponsorship monies are collected and total amount raised will be split evenly between the two charities.
Commenting on the bike ride Phil Davies, Partner at Holmes & Hills said: 'We have been overwhelmed by people's generosity and support for the Holmes & Hills Charity Bike Ride. We are pleased we have been able to raise such a fantastic amount to be split between two very worthwhile causes and we thank all of those that helped us by volunteering, spreading the word or taking part. It really is a community effort to make it happen."
