Commercial Property Solicitors to deliver updates for commercial property professionals and landlords

Holmes & Hills’ team of commercial property solicitors is to deliver two free updates on important developments in commercial property legislation and practice, for commercial property professionals and landlords across Essex and Suffolk.

Led by Rebecca Mason, Partner at Holmes & Hills Solicitors, the specialist team of commercial property solicitors will deliver talks at:

Chelmsford Racecourse:
Tuesday 21st May, starting at 6pm

Colchester United FC Stadium:
Wednesday 22nd May, starting at 6pm

Speakers will include senior members of the Commercial Property Team:

Rebecca Mason – Head of the Commercial Property Team and recommended by The Legal 500 for a number of years, Rebecca specialises in advising on opportunities for development and new development sites, in particular advising on drafting complex overage and option agreements, land promotion agreements, joint-venture agreements, collaboration agreements and conditional contracts, as well as development site assembly.

Wendy Martin – also recommended by The Legal 500 and recognised by the same as a Next Generation Lawyer for several years, Wendy is the Commercial Property Team’s lead advisor in the area of commercial landlord and tenant matters. In acting for national franchise operators, property investments and pension portfolio companies and large scale commercial operations Wendy advises in relation to taking or granting commercial leases, sales and acquisitions, as well as dealing with property related financing matters.

Philippa Jerram – also recommended by The Legal 500, Philippa advises on a wide range of commercial property matters but focuses on property transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant advice, commercial leases and property finance. Philippa stands-out for her extensive experience in transactions involving agricultural land and property.
