Bethany is a trainee solicitor in Holmes & Hills’ Residential Property Department. She supports individuals, couples and families who are buying or selling a home, whether they are navigating the process for the first time or have moved property before.
Working under the supervision of experienced residential property specialist and Senior Associate, Jamie Robinson, Bethany assists with searches, raises enquiries with the other party’s solicitor, reviews information for potential inconsistencies or issues and liaises with those involved to help keep transactions progressing.
Bethany takes a personable and supportive approach, explaining legal terminology and each stage of the transaction clearly so clients feel informed and confident throughout.
As part of her apprenticeship, Bethany will rotate through four areas of law in six-month placements. This broad training will enable her to develop a varied skill set and draw on different perspectives when supporting clients.
Bethany joined Holmes & Hills in the 2026, and is based at the firm's Sudbury office.
