Charlotte Parker is a Legal Assistant in the Shared Ownership Team. She supports the team with transactions from the initial stages through to completion and post-completion. Her role includes communicating with clients, lenders, housing associations and other solicitors, as well as ordering searches and assisting with exchanges and completions.
Charlotte works closely with her colleagues to help files progress efficiently while providing clients with a positive and helpful experience.
Before joining Holmes & Hills, Charlotte Parker worked at New Homes Law in its Post-Completion and Residential teams.
Charlotte joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2026 and is based in the firms the firm’s head office in Marks Tey.
