Edward qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and joined Holmes & Hills’ Private Client Department in February 2003. He has previously worked at firms in North Devon and Bournemouth. Edward specialises in advising on all aspects of the preparation of Wills, Inheritance Tax planning, obtaining Probate and administering Estates, preparing, registering and advising on the use of Powers of Attorney and making applications to the Court of Protection.

Edward is a member of The Law Society’s Private Client section, Dementia Friend and a Full Accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE), an independent, national organisation of lawyers, who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their family and carers. SFE members take into account any difficulties, whether mental of physical to enhance decision making, providing independent advice that is in the best interests of the client.

Edward provides all his clients with a professional yet personal service that is tailored to the specific needs of each individual client.
