Ella Morcombe

Ella Morcombe is a dedicated family law paralegal at Holmes & Hills Solicitors, advising individuals, couples and families on a wide spectrum of Family Law matters.

As the initial point of contact for Holmes & Hills’ Family Law clients, Ella supports the wider Department by undertaking a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Drafting, compiling and chasing essential documentation
• Holding initial conversations with clients as well as supporting with fact finding meetings
• Handling calls from existing clients and providing case updates
• Assisting with the preparation of court documents and trial bundles

Ella is compassionate and empathetic towards her clients, ensuring that each client's unique circumstances are understood. She is committed to delivering outstanding client care through clear communication and strives to help clients make informed decisions promptly.

Ella holds a First Class Law Degree and was awarded the Diane Genders Solicitor Award for best student in Family Law in 2025. She has also volunteered with Child Law Advice, offering guidance and support on family, child law issues affecting children and families throughout England.

Ella joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2026 and is based at the firm’s Witham office.
