As a wills and probate executive, Emily works alongside clients to plan out how to deal with their future or that of a loved one or dealing with the Estates of a family member.

Emily prides herself on being professional and sympathetic as well as ensuring the legal side of bereavement is dealt with in the correct way. Emily builds strong relationships with her clients and understands that dealing with the legalities surrounding a bereavement is often daunting but with her expertise, she can assist in these difficult times by providing advice and a way forward.
She has a wealth of experience in the Private Client Department, having started secretarial work in the Department in 2017. Since joining Holmes & Hills in 2016 as an archiving apprentice, then being promoted to secretary, then legal assistant, then paralegal to today, Emily is a testament to the career progression offered by Holmes & Hills.
Emily qualified as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) this year and is continuing in her studies to eventually become a Chartered Legal Executive.
Emily is based in Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ Braintree office.
