Gemma works with clients, estate agents, and mortgage brokers to provide a seamless residential conveyancing experience, whether for first-time buyers or additions to a property portfolio.
As a member of Holmes & Hills' Residential Property Department, Gemma is able to advise on complex property transactions and issues surrounding freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity’s.
Gemma also works within the Leasehold Enfranchisement Division to assist client’s with both statutory and non-statutory lease extensions, alongside their sale and purchase transactions.
Gemma prides herself on her friendly and efficient service to her clients and this is reflected in the feedback she gets from her clients.
Gemma began a career in conveyancing in 2001, as a legal assistant before becoming a conveyancer. Previously, Gemma worked for a London firm dealing mainly with leasehold properties. Gemma joined Holmes & Hills in 2014 and is currently in the process of studying to become a licensed conveyancer.
