Grace works internally with all Holmes & Hills colleagues, including Partners and Managers and externally with third-party providers in support of the Holmes & Hills Solicitors HR function.
As a HR and Payroll Advisor for Holmes & Hills, Grace manages the Firm’s payroll function and learning and development whilst maintaining generalist support.
She is also integral in helping to coordinate training across the Firm and collaborating with colleagues on various change projects and initiatives.
Moreover, Grace works alongside Ellie Flecther and Kirsty Hopkins on the firm's benefit schemes and family friendly policies.
Grace has previously worked in hospitality management and prior to her role at Holmes & Hills, she was working in an HR function in the retail sector. Grace has completed CIPD Level 3 in People Practice and CIPP Payroll Technician course.
Grace joined Holmes & Hills in 2022 and is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Marks Tey, Colchester.
