Harley works with individuals, spouses, and families purchasing new build properties both locally and nationally.

As a Conveyancing Executive and member of Holmes & Hills’ Solicitors New Build Department, Harley works primarily on new-build property purchases and any associated transactions including related sales and transfers of equity. Harley is aware of the fast-paced and nuanced nature of new-build property transactions; therefore, she ensures she provides regular updates and communication with clients throughout the new-build conveyancing process

Harley often finds herself guiding and reassuring individuals through the conveyancing process for the first time. Harley prides herself on the ability to offer help and explanations to these new clients, in a simple and straightforward manner.  Harley is approachable, personable and has the ability to understand the frustration and concerns of clients from their point of view.

Harley joined Holmes & Hills in 2021, having previously worked in the property industry and has since undertaken training as part of the CLC. She is based at Holmes & Hills' regional head office – the A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester.
