Jordan is a trainee solicitor in Holmes & Hills’ Legal 500 recommended Commercial Property Department, currently being mentored by Senior Associate, Laura Gale.

Jordan supports the senior commercial property solicitors when advising on a variety of commercial property matters, such as:

Sales and purchases of commercial property
Drafting and negotiating leases
Handling Land Registry matters
Assisting with post-completion formalities

Jordan prides herself on being sharp, timely, personable, and focused on providing pragmatic advice to her clients.

Jordan joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in late 2022 as a post exchange assistant and has spent time in both the firm’s New Build and Commercial Property Departments, and is based at the firm’s A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester (Marks Tey).
