Kimberly King

Kimberly is a Senior Solicitor in Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners recognised Commercial Property Department.

Kimberly qualified in 2016 and has amassed a wealth of experience in commercial real estate.  Having joined Holmes & Hills in 2026, she regularly supports local businesses, investors and tenants with a wide variety of commercial matters, including:

• Voluntary first registration of premises
• Buying and selling of freehold and leasehold (registered and unregistered) commercial and mixed-use property
• Negotiating Agreements for Lease whereby the grant of a lease is conditional
• Negotiating leases (and subleases) and ancillaries
• Supporting landlords and tenants with lease management, including Licences to Alter, Deeds of Variation, and Deeds of Surrender
• Advising on lease assignments
• Helping clients manage and develop commercial property portfolios
• Negotiating Wayleave Agreements and Deeds of Easement for rights of way
• Assisting with refinancing
• Providing property support to our Corporate & Commercial Department in relation to asset and share sales and purchases

Kimberly previously specialised in real estate aspects of veterinary surgery sales and takeovers. She was previously recommended by a major national acquirer and has worked on deals disposing of veterinary practices all over the country, some of which exceed the value of £8 million.

Kimberly works proactively to keep transactions moving smoothly, ensuring her clients are provided with clear, practical advice helping them make informed decisions and manage risk. She has a reputation for building a strong rapport with clients and is known for her friendly and approachable nature.
