Nina Walklett

Nina assists in providing expert planning law advice to clients in both the private and public sectors including property owners, consultants and local planning authorities requiring expert Planning Law advice.

Nina works alongside the Senior members of the team and supports them with a broad aspect of planning law such as:

• Planning appeals
• Strategic planning matters
• Development Consent Order (DCO) and Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) schemes and blight claims
• Breaches of planning and listed building control and enforcement issues (including Breaches of Condition, Enforcement Notices, Injunctions, and Prosecutions)
• Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Regulations
• Permitted Development rights

Nina has obtained an LLB with Honours from the University of Law and is currently completing her LPC at the University of Law.

Nina prides herself on being personable, and ensures that she takes a logical and pragmatic approach to tasks at hand.

Nina joined Holmes & Hills in August 2022 and is based at the firm's Colchester (Marks Tey) office in Essex.
