Nina Walklett

Nina works with professionals, business owners, and individuals who require litigation or dispute advice and resolutions, focusing on commercial dispute resolution and a broad spectrum of general litigation matters. She collaborates closely with senior members of the team, specifically working alongside Harry Grant in delivering strategic advice and detailed insight across a wide range of legal issues, including:

• Contractual disputes
• Disputes involving the sale and purchase of goods
• Commercial and non-commercial debt recovery
• Insolvency claims
• Intellectual property and/or copyright dispute
• Injunctions
• Enforcing county court judgments; and
• Applications to set aside county court judgments.

Nina prides herself on her personable nature and approaches tasks with logic and pragmatism. She takes the time to understand her clients' goals and carefully considers their commercial objectives, ensuring her work aligns with and supports these aims.

Nina joined Holmes & Hills in August 2022 as a Paralegal in the firm’s Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury Department, before beginning her training contract at the firm in September 2023. Nina qualified as a solicitor in October 2025, and is based at the firm's Colchester (Marks Tey) office in Essex.
