Nina Walklett

Nina works with a mixture of local and national businesses, dealing with commercial dispute resolution  and a variety of general litigation matters. Nina works alongside the senior members of the team, and provides support in providing advice on a varied range of services, including:

• Contractual disputes
• Disputes involving the sale and purchase of goods
• Commercial and non-commercial debt recovery
• Disputes with suppliers
• Disputes with customers
• Injunctions

Nina prides herself on being personable, and ensures that she takes a logical and pragmatic approach to tasks at hand.

Nina joined Holmes & Hills in August 2022 and is based at the firm's Colchester (Marks Tey) office in Essex.
