Alicia is a solicitor in Holmes & Hills’ Legal 500-recommended Construction Department who qualified in April 2025.
Prior to starting with Holmes & Hills LLP, Alicia worked for 5 years in the construction industry prior to qualifying as a solicitor and has experience ranging from administrative support to commercial quantity surveying during which time she was predominantly based on site for large commercial projects across London, including the iconic Battersea Power Station.
As a newly qualified solicitor, Alicia works closely with the senior members of the Legal 500 recommended Construction Department, assisting on both the contentious and non-contentious legal matters.
Alicia regularly assists on adjudications and been involved in numerous adjudication enforcements claims, which have led to recovery of significant sums to the clients involved.
She also regularly advises clients on a wide range of contentious matters including but not limited to delay claims, payment (including non-payment of adjudicator/arbitrator’s fees) and termination disputes.

Alicia joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in July 2023 and is based at the firm's regional head office, the A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester (Marks Tey).
