Holmes & Hills Solicitors opened its sixth office in East Anglia in October 2020. The A12 commercial Hub is located at junction 25 of the A12, Marks Tey Colchester. Occupying what was the old Food Co. building, with a 15 year lease having been signed, the office will provide Holmes & Hills with approximately 14,000 square feet of space. The new premises will provide much needed capacity to locate colleagues and operations following a decade of material growth which has seen the firm double its number of colleagues and open four additional offices.
The opening of the A12 Commercial Hub is an expansion of Holmes & Hills' business and operations. As such, all of Holmes & Hills' existing offices in Braintree, Sudbury, Halstead, Coggeshall and Tiptree will remain open and situated in their existing office locations.
