Amy is a specialist property litigation solicitor, sitting within the wider Dispute Resolution Department at Holmes & Hills Solicitors. She helps individuals and businesses navigate property disputes with confidence. Amy provides clear, practical and tailored advice that supports clients through challenging situations helping them work towards a constructive resolution.

Amy works alongside David Sodimu, Dee Karatay, Jade Norton and Jacob Longman on Holmes & Hills’ Property Litigation offering, and in particular assists clients with:

• Leaseholder block management disputes;
• Forfeiture claims;
• Breach of covenant claims;
• Service Charge disputes;
• Trespasser claims;
• Commercial leases renewals and interim rent disputes
• Dilapidations;
• Residential lease extension disputes;
• Trust of Land matters (and claims brought under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996);
