David joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in spring 2016 and works alongside Steven Hopkins on a range of complex property litigation cases.

David assists clients with:

  • Landlord & Tenant Disputes ( including residential and commercial)
  • Boundary and Property Disputes (including Party Wall etc. Act 1996, Easements and Restrictive Covenants)
  • Planning Enforcement Issues  
  • Applications for Certificates of Lawfulness

David takes a proactive approach to resolving clients’ problems, working adeptly to bring cases to a successful conclusion. Prior to joining Holmes and Hills, David completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University and went on to gain further experience in property working at a law firm as a Conveyancing Paralegal.

Outside of the office, when he is not spending time watching his beloved Manchester United play, David is a keen and (very few say) brilliant footballer.
