Bethan supports the firms Shared Ownership Division managing her own caseload of New Build Shared Ownership transactions and assisting clients through every stage of the purchase process.
As a paralegal within the firm's Shared Ownership Division, Bethan acts on behalf of purchasers acquiring New Build Shared Ownership properties. She is responsible for progressing transactions from instruction through to completion.

Bethan works closely with developers, housing associations, mortgage lenders and clients to help facilitate successful New Build Shared Ownership purchases and ensure transactions progress to exchange and completion as efficiently as possible.

She understands that purchasing a home is a significant milestone and is committed to supporting clients through the process with professionalism and attention to detail.
Before joining Holmes & Hills, Bethan gained experience assisting conveyancing solicitors at another local law firm, developing a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and the importance of client-focused service.
Bethan joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2023 and is based at the firm's head office in Colchester (Marks Tey).
