As a legal assistant in Holmes & Hills’ Shared Ownership Division, Bethan assists the team on their Shared Ownership transactions, including:
• New Build Shared Ownership purchase
• Shared Ownership Resale- Sale
• Shared Ownership Resale – Purchase
• Staircasing – Interim and Final
Bethan prides herself on her effective communication skills with clients, together with an empathetic approach, as moving home can be one of the most stressful times in any individual’s life.
Before joining Holmes & Hills, Bethan worked at another local law firm as a conveyancing assistant.
Bethan joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2023 and is based at the firm's head office, the A12 Commercial Hub, Colchester (Marks Tey).
