Bethany works with leaseholders, freeholders, management companies, and surveyors on leasehold enfranchisement, extending leases, and collective enfranchisement.

Bethany completed her LPC at the BPP University in Cambridge in 2023 and joined Holmes and Hills Solicitors in September of 2023 as a part of the firm's trainee intake. Bethany is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' Braintree office.
