As a Litigation Executive within Holmes & Hills’ Legal 500 recommended Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury Department, Elia manages her own cases in addition to assisting solicitors in the Department with their caseloads, utilising her warm, empathetic and sensitive approach when dealing with clients.
Elia understands that her clients and their families will often have been through very difficult and, sometimes, life-changing events and therefore, she endeavours to help make the legal process as stress-free as possible for her clients. Elia does this by ensuring that her client’s feel listened to as well as ensuring that she is always available to provide additional support/ advice during all stages of the claims process so that her clients receive the best service possible.
Elia obtained her Law LLB from University of Reading and obtained her LPC at the University of Law with distinction. Prior to joining Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Elia gained over four years of experience as a claimant clinical negligence paralegal managing her own caseload of complex clinical negligence claims to conclusion. Elia is also training to become a solicitor.
Elia joined Holmes & Hills in 2023 and is based at the firm's Colchester (Marks Tey) office in Essex.
