Elle works with employees at Holmes & Hills Solicitors across a broad range of HR matters and is often the first point of contact for new employees when they join the organisation.
As an HR Administrator for Holmes & Hills, Elle proactively answers any queries that may arise amongst employees, as well as assisting in the production of employee engagement material such as regular newsletters and other communications.
Elle also acts as a point of contact for those who may be interested in working at Holmes & Hills and is regularly providing information and answers to queries that may arise. Elle’s prior experience as Business Support Team Lead means she is adept at communicating in a timely and proactive manner.
Elle joined Holmes & Hills in July 2019, before being promoted to HR Administrator in June 2021.
