As a trainee solicitor in Holmes & Hills’ Legal 500 recommended Family Law Department, Emily works closely with Partner and head of Department Carol Toulson.
Emily advises individuals on a variety of family law matters, such as divorce, separation, child arrangements and pre-nuptial agreements.
Emily prides herself on her friendly approach to her clients, ensuring that she is empathetic towards the situations of her clients whilst providing personal and pragmatic legal advice.
Emily joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2025, and is based at the firm’s A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester (Marks Tey).
