Grace works internally with all Holmes & Hills colleagues, from partners and managers to new joiners as well as externally with recruitment consultants in support of the Holmes & Hills Solicitors HR function.

As HR Coordinator for Holmes & Hills, Grace manages the Holmes & Hills employee lifecycle being the first point of contact within the firm for all HR queries. She is also integral in helping to coordinate the summer work experience programme, as well as all internal events such as wellness activities, social events, or charity fundraisers. Furthermore, Grace undertakes various project research when the firm is looking to implement or improve processes, policies, or benefits.

Moreover, Grace works alongside Kirsty Hopkins on the firm's talent management, resourcing, and recruitment strategy.

Grace has previously worked in hospitality management and prior to her role at Holmes & Hills, she was working in an HR function in the retail sector. Grace has completed CIPD (the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) Level 3 – Certificate in People Practice.

Grace joined Holmes & Hills in 2022 and is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Marks Tey, Colchester.
